The best Iberico salami can only be manufactured using the best 100% Iberico Bellota meat: pigs that are bred free roaming in the Dehesa all along their lifes, searching for their most treasured food: the acorn, the key to their taste.

The secret of the quality  of our salami is in the meat, coming from our own 100% Iberico Bellota pigs, selected personally by our Production Director, at the slaughterhouse. Only the best quality 100% Iberico Bellota meat is employed:  the fat infiltration in this meat gives the salchichon its unique texture and flavour, without any added fats of other origin (which is the usual procedure in the industry). Therefore you will find yourself before the healthiest salami in the market: note that the fat in 100% Iberico pigs is mainly oleic acid, the same as in olive oil, so it is quite a healthy product!

After 4 months drying in our cellars, in the Sierra de Huelva area, our salami is ready to eat.
