250g of mushrooms

100g of taquitos

2 cloves of garlic

½ glass of white wine

Olive oil



How to prepare


Wash the mushrooms and cut them.

Cut the cloves in sliced. Fry them in a little oil. Add the taquitos. Move away garlics and taquitos.

In the same pan and with the same oil, fry lightly the mushrooms, add to salt them and the glass of white wine. Once evaporated, add the garlics and the taquitos.

Mix well, and serve hot.
