This recipe is easy to prepare, fresh and delicious. It’s great for dinner.



50g of Iberian Ham from Juan Pedro Domecq

4 slice of cheese

5 anchovies

1 lettuce

1 tomato

1 onion

6 black olives

Olive oil, vinegar and salt.



How to make:


Start by cleaning the vegetables, lettuce, tomato and onion.  Cut the lettuce in pieces and the onion and the tomato in strips. Also, cut the cheese into cubes.

Cut the Iberian Ham in pieces.


On a big plat, first put the lettuce. Add the tomatoes and the onion. Put the cheese, anchovies and olives. Finally, add the Iberian ham.


Add oil, vinegar and salt to taste.


Serve cold
