We offer you a traditional recipe that we propose as a starter: Salmorejo, a taste of the best of the Spanish orchard.
Preparation Mash the tomatos after peeling them, with the garlic and the bread, add the olive oil, salt and vinegar, mix until it becomes a fine soup. Boil the eggs and chop them in small pieces, cut the ham in small gobbets. Serve as a cold soup, just before serving add the ham and the egg on top.

  • 3 mature tomatos
  • 300 gr. of dry bread crumbs
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100ml. Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Ibérico ham, cut in gobbets
  • 3 eggs
  • Sherry vinegar
